I came in for a sports related surgery and I have secondary insurance from the school. I get CONSTANT bills in the mail and when I call I give them the secondary insurance and they say to disregard the bills and it won’t happen again. I have received 7 bills in the mail and every time I call they tell me that my insurance is not on file. This is truly an awful place for billing and they send them constantly with intent that you pay them right away even if they are wrong and don’t have everything on file. I really would NOT recommend this place to anyone and would recommend to go elsewhere.

Sat in the er waiting corral after being triaged for over 5 hours . Mean while I threw up 3 time had many hot flashes and a really bad migraine. As I sat there the room cleared out 3 times in this time I sat . Not once did anyone come to me and explain or tell me anything about what’s wrong with me . I felt like I was a sheep in its coral just having the money squeezed out of my insurance. Very poor service there , I wouldn’t sen my worse enemy to this hospital. I suggest going to Allegheny general .

Worst hospital in PA I think, my husband came here from the Butler VA to get a quick CT scan and have been waiting here for 4 and a half hours, get told there are 2 people in front of us and they've sent in 3 people been waiting an hour just to talk to a doctor.

Nurses in the hospital after bypass surgery were superb in my care. Cardiac rehabilitation nurses didn't treat my as just a patient but a person! Concerned about my wellbeing in every way..

I got both my first and second vaccines at the BHS main campus. Hands down this was the most positive interaction I’ve ever encountered in a medical setting. The entire process was executed in a very flawless, organized and professional manner. All of the staff were friendly, courteous and efficient, particularly remarkable in that they were doing this day after day and each day facing long lines of people, and without delays. Great experience—thank you Butler Health System!

I know people give them a bad wrap, but I have had nothing but good experiences here. From having children, inpatient care, outpatient care, ER and most recently my Covid-19 vaccine. Yes at times waits are long but the care was wonderful. The vaccine clinic also so EXTREMELY well organized and ran so smoothly! So glad to have them here.

My husband & I were fortunate enough to be able to receive the Pfizer Vaccine at the Butler Memorial Hospital. Very organized. In and out quickly. Staff was great. If future booster vaccine is needed, we would not hesitate to go back. Thank you for your service everyday.

I was able to get my COVID vaccination at Butler Health System before vaccinations were available at other providers. The experience couldn't have gone better. Despite the significant volume of people getting vaccinations, the process was extremely efficient, the staff friendly, and the health services excellent.
